Yes! We do not charge for announcing IPs or for providing BGP sessions by our datacenter. If you are interested in getting this started, reach out to our support team.
We do! All of our 1-4U colocation plans come with the industry-leading Synergy Control Panel that allows you to perform power controls, remote OS installations, and manage your bandwidth.
Once you purchase your colocation we will reach out to you to gather some additional information and provide you with our shipping address so that we can properly track your server when it arrives.
If you don't own a server but want to colocate with us, we would be happy to quote you for whatever hardware you need and source a server for you. Additionally, we offer monthly rentals and lease to own plans on dedicated servers.
All of our colocation plans are unmanaged. Of course we are able to provide remote hands support for any hardware issues that you may face, but software installations and configurations will be the responsibility of the customer.
We offer fixed rate remote hands services for most hardware installations or swaps as seen above. For individual queries, reach out to our support team and we will let you know the specific quote for your task.
